Creative Industries was commissioned to design and develop a new website for the Elaleni Coastal Estate Homeowners Association, a secure, eco-conscious residential estate on the North Coast of KwaZulu-Natal. The goal was to create a professional, user-friendly platform that would serve both the residents and the HOA team by providing access to essential estate information, updates, and documents.

The website features a clean, nature-inspired design aligned with Elaleni’s brand identity and lifestyle. Functionality was tailored to meet the needs of a residential estate community, including access to the My Estate Life App as well as the management and distribution of email newsletter campaigns sent out to residents.

Developed using a responsive framework, the site is fully mobile- and tablet-friendly, ensuring an accessible user experience across all devices. The backend was built to allow the HOA team to easily manage content, post updates, and add documents as needed.
